Courtney Barbour, MBA is a dynamic and purpose-driven leader with a strong background in healthcare administration, project management, and workforce development. She currently serves as the Project Director of Training and Education at a federally qualified health center (FQHC), where she leads strategic initiatives focused on organizational improvement, staff development, and clinical training programs.
Courtney holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the University of Southern Indiana. Throughout her career, she has successfully directed complex cross-functional projects, implemented large-scale training systems, and built sustainable partnerships with educational institutions and community stakeholders.
In addition to her professional work, Courtney passionately leads Young Life at Lawrence Central High School—a youth ministry dedicated to introducing teens to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. Under her leadership, the ministry has grown exponentially, serving 70–100 students weekly with mentorship, meals, Bible study, and a safe, supportive community.
Driven by faith and service, Courtney is committed to empowering young people, building strong teams, and making lasting impact both in her community and the broader healthcare field.
