Bayyinah Tucker, B.S.

Bayyinah Tucker brings nearly three decades of leadership, administrative expertise, and organizational development to Black Dolla Connect’s Board of Directors, where she proudly serves as Secretary. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI and certifications in Human Resource Management and Six Sigma Green Belt, Bayyinah has built a reputation for her sharp analytical skills, operational excellence, and commitment to process improvement.

As a Warranty Supervisor at MacAllister Machinery, where she has been employed for 28 years, Bayyinah leads a team of analysts, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across departments. Her ability to manage complex systems, coach teams, and reconcile financial operations has made her an invaluable asset within the corporate sector. Her tenure also includes significant contributions as a Warranty Analyst, where she streamlined reporting systems and supported the transition to paperless operations—demonstrating her forward-thinking leadership.

Bayyinah’s impact extends beyond her professional life. She has served as Vice President of her Homeowners Association, President of the Mass Choir at her church, a youth mentor, Sunday School teacher, and more. Her dedication to community-building and youth empowerment reflects her deep commitment to service and legacy. She brings these same values to Black Dolla Connect, helping to ensure accurate recordkeeping, consistent communication, and strong governance practices within the organization.

Born and raised in Indianapolis and now residing in Georgia, Bayyinah is a proud wife, mother, grandmother, and bonus-mom to a beautiful blended family. Her life is rooted in faith, family, and service—a foundation that aligns seamlessly with Black Dolla Connect’s mission to uplift underrepresented communities through access, education, and opportunity.
