A ' Soul of the City' community parking lot event (Give Back) where nothin' is over $10...PERIOD!! New and unnoticeably used items only. Businesses and Community members are welcome to bless the community with nice items you have to sell.

About the event
The $10 Takeover is a 'Soul of the City' community pop-up market where everything is $10 or less — no exceptions. Hosted by Black Dolla Connect and presented by Black Dolla Indy, this outdoor parking lot event is designed to make shopping affordable and accessible for everyone. Vendors may purchase up to two parking spaces, and all proceeds from table sales will be donated to Ujamaa Bookstore to support literacy and community growth on MLK. All vendors are required to promote the event. We will have a maximum of 3 unique food trucks at this event (required to purchase 3 slots). Sweets vendors needing table space are welcome and must provide pre-packaged items.
