Stephanie Gibson, B.S.

Stephanie Gibson is a Technical Solutions Engineer II at Arrow Electronics with more than 20 years of experience designing system configurations, supporting sales teams, and delivering technical training to partners and end users. With a strong foundation in business gained through her B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana Tech, she blends technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to create customer-focused solutions and lead effective product demonstrations.

Previously, Stephanie served as Arrow’s Education Training Coordinator, where she developed and delivered training programs, collaborated on education strategies, and supported testing, defect reporting, and midrange solution design.

Stephanie is the co-owner of Gip Got Tips BBQ, a growing carry-out and mobile food service located at 2073 N. Emerson in Indianapolis, IN. Gip Got Tips proudly serves residents, corporate clients, and community events across Indiana.
